On pourra vous demander votre opinion lors d'une r\u00e9union de travail, vous devrez peut-\u00eatre vous pr\u00e9senter devant un nouveau patron ou un nouveau coll\u00e8gue, expliquer votre travail \u00e0 un client, prendre la parole pour souligner les ann\u00e9es de travail d'un coll\u00e8gue qui prend sa retraite ou simplement remercier vos amis qui vous ont fait une f\u00eate surprise pour votre anniversaire, bref, les occasions ne manquent pas.

Pour certains, cela semble si facile, alors que pour d'autres, c'est \u00e0 chaque fois terriblement difficile.
