Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, the organization’s membership exceeds 270,000 in more than 14,200 clubs in 148 countries.

Since 1924, Toastmasters International has provided to its members at low cost the tools to speak in public effectively and with confidence. Toastmasters helps people to become better communicators and leaders in a structured and especially very friendly environment. Every member is invited, on a voluntary basis, to take a predefined role or roles at each meeting or to present a speech.
